The first time I called, Mike listened, gave me a time to bring the car in and later told me they would check the car out an call me before doing any work. There was no charge to check the car and no pressure to do any service.
After we talked, I asked Mike if he could do the repairs. He said the car would be ready that afternoon – and it was!!!
The car is working better than it has in years.
I know very little about cars and thought there was still a problem. Talked to Steve who clearly explained what the equipment did without condescension or dismissal. I appreciated the time Steve took and laughed at my goofy, unfounded worry. So lucky to have found them when I did.
The Grand & Cicero Service crew make it a pleasure to go in for regular oil changes and give me a sense of security knowing I have an excellent place to take the car to if anything happens.
